REALTOR® Cynthia Shinn demonstrates her genuine passion for helping people by treating her clients like family. She has mastered the delicate balance between the nurturing guide and the firm, consistent advocate everyone dreams of having on their side throughout their real estate journey.

Cynthia’s magnetic, easygoing personality makes her easy talk to. She values the importance of truly getting to know people so they feel comfortable and know that she will take care of them. This is especially valuable when navigating a real estate transaction, which can be an exhausting experience for even the strongest buyers and sellers.

Cynthia is diligent and thorough and goes out of her way to make sure every transaction goes as smooth as possible. It’s not about her bottom line—it’s about people. Peace of mind comes in the form of strong communication. Cynthia is readily available and keeps clients informed and involved throughout the process. And when challenges arise, she draws on her “fixer” nature and her prized ability to turn negatives into positives.

Before her career in real estate, Cynthia worked for the State of Washington advocating for families in need. She also has experience in property management. This unique professional background is a tremendous asset as she attends to the needs of her clients. She enjoys working with a diverse group of clients, and veterans hold a special place in her heart.

Cynthia was born and raised in Washington and now lives in Olympia. When not attending to clients she enjoys cooking and baking, and you may just find her at the heart of a great backyard barbecue. And while travel is another passion, Cynthia is always there for friends and loved ones, with a kind heart and a generous spirit. She is invested in her community, volunteering through the USO, helping with events at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, gathering food donations and even creating a happy home for foster dogs.
