My role as a REALTOR® is to help buyers make informed decisions by teaching them what to look for and what questions to ask. My system for listing and selling properties helps sellers prepare their homes for sale and, through my effective marketing plan, achieves the best possible results in the shortest time. By working with both buyers and sellers, I provide my clients with education, understanding, and direction through the entire process.

Prior to 2002, my career was on the front lines in the travel industry, providing customer service and time-sensitive solutions for travelers, often under stressful conditions. Unique problem-solving is one of my strengths and I utilize these skills seemingly every day when working with buyers or sellers.
My teenage years were spent building two houses near Issaquah with my parents, which provided me a hands-on experience like none other. We did it all, from clearing our forest on Tiger Mountain, even milling the trees into lumber then building from foundation to roof and finally interior completion. This unique experience, working from development through completion, provided me an insider's view for construction and what to look for in a building envelope.
It seems that with my career in customer service, the homebuilding experience of my youth, with extensive DIY remodeling, that I've spent a lifetime in building my skillset for real estate.
My client base includes repeat buyers and sellers, first-time home buyers, investors, empty nesters downsizing, estates and even homeowners that are facing financial difficulty. I pride myself on having an excellent relationship with my community and peers in the industry and work collaboratively with them to achieve win-win solutions while looking out for my clients' best interests.
