In 2003, I started my career as a Realtor quickly gaining recognition and mastering the CRS, Certified Residential Specialist designation. Having been raised in the East Bay and lived in Alameda for the past 40 years, I know the communities well.  I promise to always have your best interest at the forefront of everything I do and to give you exceptional service. To that end, with my partner Karen Miller, I personally handle all the details of your transaction. You will always be dealing with one of us. We do not pass you onto assistants. I look at every home as unique and listen to what you have to say in regards to what your goals are. If you want to do work on the house prior to sale, we have a team of professionals ready to give you estimates and will help manage the process. These include painters, handymen, floor refinishers and stagers just to name a few. If you want to sell your house "as is" we will respect that decision. I live in Alameda with my husband, Robert. Our twin boys, now grown, were raised here. I graduated from a small New England School with a degree in Biochemistry. I am passionate when speaking about my family life; we are blessed with good health and wonderful boys. We like to travel extensively. We enjoy skiing, snow boarding, tennis, and scuba diving together.
