Hello! I am Caity O'Neill Watson with Lyon Real Estate.

I began my Real Estate career at age 15, working alongside my mother as a transaction coordinator assisting over 30 Realtors with their Real Estate transactions. Working as a transaction coordinator I developed a deep understanding of contractual obligations, and the documents/disclosures needed when purchasing or selling a home. I also developed an acute attention to detail and a solid understanding of the Real Estate transaction process. 

In 2007, at age 19, I became an assistant to one of the top teams within Lyon Real Estate, The Griffin Team and in 2008 I obtained my Real Estate License. While working alongside the Griffin Team, I assisted with and successfully negotiated over 1300 home sales. 

It doesn’t matter what the market is doing, buying, and selling a home is complicated. It’s important to work with a real estate professional that cares enough to take the time to learn about your particular real estate goals. My philosophy is that I am here to help two parties (buyer and seller) find each other and complete a smooth and successful transaction. 

My goal throughout the transaction is to hear you say that you are confident and comfortable with the sale or purchase process.
