A little bit about Myself.
I have been in the Real Estate business since 1995. I have been married to my wonderful husband for a very long time. I have lived in the Portland Metropolitan area since I was in 5th grade. My husband and I moved to Vancouver in 1982. I have been a Realtor in Oregon, currently I am licensed in Washington State only. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially my children and grand children. I love gardening, roses are my favorite flower. I love to travel. I enjoy working with people. I love making relationships with people that last a life time.

I truly believe that my job is to educate my buyers and sellers so they can make the best decision to fit their needs. If you cannot purchase a home yet, I love to visit with people and see how we can make a plan so their dream of owning a home can happen. You have to start somewhere. During this time, if you can afford a rent of a home, you might be surprised of what you may be able to purchase. Rent is sometimes higher than a monthly rental payment. There are many different loan programs that may fit you. The market has had its ups and downs, however I believe being a home owner is still one of the best investments you can make.
