For over 30 years I have been a Broker in Whatcom County, listing and selling homes, vacant land parcels, and commercial real estate. My career started in 1989 at a small real estate company in Blaine, WA but I have since been with Windermere Whatcom for the last 13 years.

Windermere offers some of the best marketing in the real estate industry.  Our website brings broad exposure to your listing, with a user friendly interface, search tools and organized feeds.  We provide signage as well as professionally designed print flyers and other marketing material to be distributed in the community and to targeted audiences. 

Your listing will be automatically published to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service website and pushed to sites like Zillow and RedFin.  I place advertisements throughout the community in local newspapers and magazines as well, which can help with your listings exposure.  I also network with hundreds of other real estate professionals on a daily basis and will hold open houses for prospective buyers as often as you will allow.  Brokers from my office will also become familiar with the property by touring it together and talking through the details in our weekly sales meetings.
