I have decades of experience in the real estate industry and my business motto has never changed: hard work, total dedication, and commitment. I have been an owner and manager of a successful real estate company, and my knowledge of buying and selling real estate encompasses nearly every scenario. I am an expert on residential, condo sales, relocation, land development (short plats) and have many years of new construction sales. From first-time home buyers and sellers, to move-up buyers, to luxury home buyers/sellers, my experience has brought excellent value to all my clients.

Location is not a limitation.

My clients come from far and wide and have no geographic limitations. They range from greater Seattle, Snohomish and King Counties, and even beyond the state of Washington due to our referral system. I continue to have ongoing ties with many former clients and have always cherished their trust.
