I have been a full time real estate professional since 1995 and a Managing Broker for much of that time. I am a certified Real Estate Instructor and one of the first agents in Washington State to be recognized as a Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN). I have extensive training in Real Estate law, consumer protection, Finance/Lending, and Business Practices.

Who am I
I am a long time member of the National Association of Realtors Ethics Committee. I serve on several boards and foundations whose goal is to provide assistance and support for communities and families in need. I have volunteered my services in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Vietnam, India, Iran, Burma, Seattle and in Mississippi following Katrina. During these projects I have built and repaired homes, taught English, as well as distributed health and safety supplies. These experiences have proven to me again and again, “we” all want the same: a better life for our family, health and understanding.
