Ashley Farrington was the selling broker for our condominium in Bothell (14915 38th Drive SE II2048 Bothell, WA 98012). The sale for condominium started in a challenging environment due to several listings including one next door that had been on the market for many weeks despite being a sellers market.
Ashley provided a complete analysis of the market and brought her experience in recommending a price set for the listing. She was easy to work with on setting the price and getting through the process. Ashley was very attentive to detail in ensuring that all the paperwork and processes needed for sale were taken care of as early as possible. We had moved out and she worked with her team to stage the condominium that really put the condo in its best light.
The property went pending after the first weekend it was listed. Many neighbors were impressed with how quickly the sale was completed. I couldn’t be more happy with the service, professionalism and hard work Ashley provided to allow us to finalize our move.

Ashley assisted my 2 brothers and I in selling our family home after our Dad passed away. After reaching out to a couple of realtors, Ashley stood way above the others. She showed up to the house with print outs of comparable homes in the area that had sold and with a professional portfolio of information ready to hand off to me. With limited time to try to get it on the market in early April, she worked around the estate sale company's time frame to make some major repairs to and update the house in under 6 weeks, including recarpeting and repainting the entire interior of the house. She handled all of the details and contractors with ease and was able to schedule them in time to have the house staged and ready to show by the date we were all hoping. We trusted her with all of the details and took her suggestions with confidence in her knowledge of the market. We had an extremely strong offer above the asking price within two days of the house going live. The house looked amazing! My brothers were blown away with all she accomplished in such a tight time frame. She responded always the same day, if not immediately to any inquiries we made. My brother who lives in the area said "I wouldn't just recommend Ashley but I would tell anyone to sprint to sign her up as your real estate agent." She was so positive and aware that the house was not just a house but the home we all grew up in and had sentimental value which she took great care in representing. Ashley Farrington did an excellent job as our realtor! We live in California and were doing a 1031 exchange in Washington so it wasn't an easy task. Ashley was very knowledgeable and did a great job of walking us through the process. She was available to us 7 days a week and contacted us anytime that she saw anything of interest. As you can imagine, buying long distance isn't the easyest but she did an amazing job. She was willing to go look at houses and video for us whenever we saw something that seemed like a possibility. When we were in town she made herself available to us any day and any time. We found the perfect house and she was very professional and on top of it when it came to the negotiations. Ashley provided excellent service for our move from Denver to Seattle. She took the time to virtually show us the houses we were interested in and provided a great feedback of the neighborhoods as she viewed the houses. She went above and beyond and even checked on the house a few times for us after closing as we were not able to move from Denver until 6 weeks after closing. Ashley has been phenomenal both as a buying and a selling agent. As an agent I found her that she truly cares for her clients, throughout the process, and most importantly even years after. Ashley was simply the best agent I have ever worked with! At our first meeting, Ashley provided a great overview of the process of selling in the current market, shared lots of options, and provided expertise that helped me make informed decisions. Next, we looked at the condo I was considering and found an amazing opportunity to make an offer. I honestly believe it was Ashley's relationship building skills that resulted in my contingent offer being accepted by the sellers. Finally, while I was on vacation the contingent offer was accepted, my house was readied, staged, cleaned, LISTED and SOLD within a few days.
