South Sound Perspective

Anne Jones is the Owner/Designated broker at Windermere Abode, which she opened with her husband Dave in 2017. She has been licensed as a Realtor since 2008 and sold many homes in the greater Tacoma area during that time. 

Prior to real estate, Anne worked as a Project Manager at Dyad, Inc. with her parents, Pete & Kathy Crase. Their focus on honesty, quality and customer service provided the foundation for Anne’s client-centered approach to her business (and kept them building homes for nearly 40 years!) 

Anne did not think real estate would be her career path when she graduated with a degree in Communication from the University of Puget Sound. After several years on "the other side of the mountains" Anne and Dave returned to the South Sound, and bought their first home in Central Tacoma. They learned a lot about Craftsman homes during their time there, and eventually moved to a midcentury home in Fircrest when their second son was born.

Community Focused Company

Opening Windermere Abode has allowed Anne to pursue the aspects of real estate she is most passionate about. The company's goal is to provide best-in-class marketing and customer service while engaging with the community in a meaningful way. Life Outside of Work

When she's not working, Anne enjoys going running with friends and capturing Tacoma's scenery and beautiful homes on Instagram (you'll find her there as @tacomajones). She lives for a great cup of coffee and quality time with her "boys" -- sons Wilson and Taylor and her husband Dave, who was a public school educator for 15 years prior to opening Windermere Abode.
