Ankush is a true professional in his industry. We worked together for a good amount of time and unfortunately I did not end up buying a house. He made me feel comfortable and confident the whole time. I feel we became friends throughout the process because of how easy it was to go on such a high stress journey together. I could tell this is something he does everyday, but for me it was a completely new experience. I never felt pressured and even when I finally told him I’m deciding not to move forward at this time he didn’t shun me or try and talk me out of it. Compassionate, caring, and professional are only the start of the things I can say about when working with Ankush. 10/10 recommend.

In 2018 I bought my fourth home and I would consider myself to be somewhat experienced with working with realtors. I have known Ankush for over 10 years. My family and I bought a house in Tacoma in August of 2014 and we decided to sell in 2018. Ankush helped us sell at a great profit while at the same time negotiating the buying of our newest home in Lakewood. On May 24th we closed on the house we were selling and the next day we closed on the house we were buying. Ankush maintained great communications between all parties involved and still kept up with several open houses for the property we were selling. His honesty, good character,hard work ethic and people skills shone through in all his dealings. He was truly a pleasure to work with and in my opinion , better than realtors that I have worked with that have had more years of experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone who would like a realtor who really is vigilant and works for your best interests.

Ankush is incredibly knowledgeable about the Seattle Area housing market and in general a great agent to work with especially for first time home buyers. He is always available to answer any questions and puts in his 110% into the job. We worked with Ankush to search for a house and although we did not end up buying a house right now, the overall experience was really great! I feel comfortable recommending Ankush to all homebuyers.
