About Me
Annabelle is a native of Seattle, born and raised on Capitol Hill and third generation in the real estate business. Upon graduating from Washington State University in 2021, she joined the marketing team at Van Wyck and Porter where she honed her marketing skills.
Her earned marketing knowledge stems from her coursework at Washington State in marketing to the extensive 8-month internship she completed with Windermere Services Company . Her marketing expertise ranges from copywriting, content creation, digital media, and design, to data analysis and SEO.
During her summer and winter breaks from school, Annabelle worked as an assistant for Downtown Seattle condominium specialist Tracy Treseder. Working for Tracy she obtained an eye for interior design, staging and became familiar with the listing process tied to many luxury high-rise condominium buildings in the Downtown area.
Today, Annabelle works on the marketing team at Van Wyck and Porter. Her marketing skills are utilized to develop brand tone, increase listing exposure, and curate digital and printed marketing collateral to aid in the sales cycle and business growth. A new construction specialist, her experience in marketing allows her to effectively promote all home types. Working with local Seattle builders to support the listing process on new construction homes, Annabelle & her team have successfully closed 229 transactions in the last 12 months.
In the summer of 2022, Annabelle obtained her Real Estate Broker's License and joined Windermere Capitol Hill. With her unique and clear insight into the local market, Annabelle is well equipped to help her clients make informed decisions about their real estate transactions throughout the Seattle and Bellevue areas. Her excellent communication skills, professional customer service and deep marketing knowledge come together to heighten her ability to work closely with buyers and sellers to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Annabelle enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, listening to live music and being outdoors. You can often find her in the Cascade Mountains - camping with friends in the summer, hiking on the weekends or skiing in the winter months.
