My background in coaching and mentoring imparts an unparalleled sense of satisfaction when witnessing brokers evolve in their careers. My managerial role encompasses elements of motivation and guidance, creating an environment that fosters the prosperity of our team of 50 independent contractors.

Away From The Office

Born and raised in New Jersey, I have called Seattle home since 1998. My academic foundation includes a Master's Degree in School Psychology, and prior to my real estate career, I contributed to the Highline and Shoreline School Districts. My history as a former athlete underscores my affinity for an active lifestyle, embracing activities that invigorate the heart. Beyond professional pursuits, I derive immense joy from spending quality time with my family. My daughter Sydney, entered my life in 2017, followed by Jace in 2019.My volunteer experience extended over a decade at Children's Hospital, while my association with Camp Erin of King County dates back to 2008. As an ongoing contributor to the Windermere Foundation, which aids children from low-income families, I am steadfast in my commitment to community engagement and philanthropy, upholding these values as paramount.
