Overview

As Vice President-Business Development at Windermere Realty Group, Mr. Dicus has more than 30 years real estate experience.

Lonnie has experience with all forms of real estate development including, residential, commercial, and industrial.

He is now actively marketing/brokering real estate sales throughout the Portland metro area.Mr. Dicus is a second generation Windermere agent working directly with buyers/sellers. He also advises commercial and institutional investors.

Boards and Community Involvement

Lonnie’s private sector work includes Vice President of PGE's (Portland General Electric) real estate development group that completed substantial projects in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and the Southwest US.

In the public sector, Mr. Dicus worked for the City of Beaverton managing downtown redevelopment and the municipal district energy system (receiving 2007 award from Harvard’s Kennedy School as one of the most innovative projects in the U.S.). In 2010, Mr. Dicus undertook management (Senior Advisor) of the Ranger Foundation, a non-profit group dedicated to preserving the USS Ranger as a community heritage center.

Awards and Education

Mr. Dicus has been nationally recognized by Harvard University's John F Kennedy School of Government for project innovation.
His education includes a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Pacific Lutheran University.
