Responsive, Flexible and Focused

In this changing market home buyers and sellers need someone who can quickly spot opportunities, foresee potential challenges and smoothly facilitate their real estate transactions through to completion. Listening and understanding my clients’ needs and desires, then helping them to achieve those dreams is my top priority. I enjoy negotiation and research striving to take complex details and condensing what’s important for my clients in order to bring them the most favorable outcome. And while every home purchase or sale has common elements, I adjust my approach to the way you want to work, and what fits your life.

A Unique Background

My former experiences as a Certified Public Accountant and Customer Service Manager allow me to bring a depth of understanding to the financial and operational steps of a real estate transaction. My approach is rooted in research, knowledge and analysis based on my clients’ goals and intentions. I have bought, owned & sold real estate over 26 years, including fixers, new construction, multi-family and vacation properties. The combination of my past work experience and personal real estate endeavors helps me bring value and success to my clients’ transaction beyond text book training.

Community Understanding & Involvement

Having graduated from Seattle Pacific University and lived in the Puget Sound region for over 30 years, I am familiar with the nuances of area neighborhoods and what makes them special. In addition to my love of real estate, I am a member of the Edmonds Floretum Garden Club and volunteer with Royal Hounds Greyhound Adoption which finds homes for retired racing greyhounds. My husband, Alan, and I are proud parents of two sons: Garrett graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point & is now working for the US Army as a civilian doing engineering research & devlopment at Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey; Gavin graduated from the Mechatronics Program at Everett Community College and is now working at The Boeing Company as a Mechatronics Technician.
