Just off the kitchen is an quaint, ornate fire escape landing reminiscent of a French balcony.

The Maryland is on the National Historic Register and still shines as magnificent as when it was built in 1910.

- a. Balconies & The View
Spacious common-area balconies exist on the top two floors. They gaze westward at the Olympic Mountains, Space Needle and cityscape.
This sprawling balcony flanks the unit and feels like you have it all to yourself. Take your dinner outside and bask in the warm sunset this summer...
