   Entry Way highlights include period light fixtures and a coat closet.
   
   
2. Living Room
   
   Main floor is open to the living, dining and kitchen.
   
   Living room has wood burning fireplace that is wired for a plasma tv to hang above. It is also wired for surround sound speakers.
3. The entire house is heated with a brand new Trane high efficiency heat pump. In the summer is serves as an air conditioning unit as well.
4. All windows have been updated to be energy efficient. All paint, electrical and plumbing has recently been redone during a studs-out remodel.
5. Dining Room
   
   Dining room is cozy enough for morning coffee yet can accomodate a large gathering.
   
   
6. Kitchen
   
   Chocolate cherry cabinets, granite-slab counters and stainless appliances highlight this open and bright kitchen.
   
   Large stainless sink w/period faucet and energy efficient dishwasher.
7. New stove and built-in microwave are everything you need from cooking popcorn to Thanksgiving dinner.

10. Office
    
    Main floor "bonus" room.
    
    The office/den is large enough for a daybed and can accomodate guests. Conveniently, the main floor full-sized bath can also accomodate.

    All three bedrooms are on the upper level.
    
    This is the smaller of the two "kid" rooms.

    Upper level has laundry w/new front loading washer and dryer. How convenient?!
    
    This is the larger of the two "kid" rooms.
15. This room is large enough to hold two twin beds or a queen bed.

17. Full Bath
    
    This is the full bath on the main floor.
    
    Hexagon tile on the floor and subway tile on all walls and in shower.
18. All plumbing has been updated.
19. Master Suite
    
    Master bedroom is on the same level as the other two bedrooms. It is a very desirable floorplan.
20. Closet has closet organizers built-in.
21. Sitting area or a great place for an armoir or large dresser.
22. Landing
    
    This hallway leads to all the bedrooms, has a linen closet, full sized washer and dryer and a full-sized bath.
23. Second Floor Full Bath
    
    Pedestal sink and clawfoot tub capture the original 1919 charm.
24. Large skylight makes the bathroom feel really open.
25. Separate shower is a nice modern convience.
26. House Details

27. Back Yard
    
    Backyard is nice and level. It gets the warm afternoon sun.
    
    You can easily unload groceries from the driveway directly into the kitchen through the french doors.
28. Brick patio was salvaged brick from one of the original chimneys.
29. Garage
    
    Brand-new garage is insulated and heated.
    
    One side of the garage has a genie-operated door for your car and the other side is a shop.
30. The garage is located at the end of a longer driveway which could accomodate quite a few spots of off-street parking.
