    The Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) is approximately 720 square feet and is not attached to the main house. It has a full kitchen with dining area, a living room, bedroom and bathroom. In addition, there is a storage area perfect for bikes or a kayak. This ADU has new carpet and an updated bathroom and kitchen.
