1. Living Room
   
   You and your many guests enter your new houseboat into the welcoming living room directly from a wide entry deck. The living room is open concept with the spacious and modern kitchen, and it includes so many amenities. A stereo system with amp, speakers, and TV is installed and included, and the system is piped throughout all 3 levels of the houseboat (even outside!). 2. Kitchen
   
   The kitchen, is light, bright, modern, and well laid out. Direct open concept access to the living room. Great amenities: gas cooking stove, nice appliances and modern recessed lighting, LCD flat panel TV directly connected in kitchen, full operating dumbwaiter that goes to second story and then again to the huge third story entertaining deck, fold-out ironing board, and more.
   
   
3. Bedroom

4. Main Bathroom
   
   The main full bathroom is easily accessed on the first level from the bedroom, kitchen, and living room. There is also a separate half bathroom on the second story above.
   
   
5. Dining Room
   
   The dining area on the second story flows out onto a pleasant deck through newer sliding glass doors, and opens to the rest of the open concept room. Refrigerator and wine cooler are immediately at hand, in addition to the full size refrigerator below in the kitchen. The multi-shelved dumbwaiter from below stops in a compartment tastefully hidden behind sliding artwork, for easy delivery of food and drinks to you and your guests.
   
   
6. Upper Den or Guest Area
   
   The second story is wide open: you can use the space for an office, guest bedroom, recreation area, craft area, or whatever your imagination can conjure. The second story forward and aft decks are easily accessible through two different sets of sliding glass doors. Rooms have high tech wiring throughout, as well as well designed lighting controls that also include portable remote control units. The den area has a sliding wall that can be shut for privacy and reduced light for sleeping, then opened during the day. A TV is mounted in the wall that swivels out for multiple viewing angles. A half bathroom with in-wall radiant heat is beside the very efficient tankless hot water heater, which is above a backup electric tank water heater if you ever wanted to use that too!
   
   
7. Second Bathroom
   
   On the second level is a convenient additional half bathroom with sink, toilet, and in-wall radiant heat.

CAT-5 and USB cabling goes to multiple locations, and there is an included satellite dish on top too. TV, amp, and stereo equipment you see here in the entertainment center are already hooked up and included!
17. A flat panel TV pulls out from the wall and can be rotated around at any viewing angle.
18. The kitchen also includes a wired LCD TV, already in place.

24. The dumbwaiter is accessed on the second level here. The artwork slides gently to the left to reveal the dumbwaiter, and then slides back to tastefully cover the opening.

30. 360 Degree Views and Outer Decks
    
    There are two main entertainment decks, plus 3 smaller decks on all levels: one for relaxing by the dining room on the second story, and the entire third story is a huge outside deck with terrific entertaining space and high views above everything in all directions. Views span the entire Seattle city skyline, Space Needle, 4th of July fireworks on both Lake Union and the Space Needle, out to Portage Bay, across Lake Union, and completely around to hills of Eastlake, Queen Anne, Wallingford, and University District! In addition, the first level has an entry deck, rear deck above the engines, and another rear deck on the second level for general access.
