1. Kitchen
   
   The studs-out remodeled kitchen has a fresh, European vibe. Crisp white & butterscotch cabinets topped with concrete slab counters. Orb light fixtures. A cork floor. Tiffany-blue paint. 21. Upper Bedrooms
    
    Both bedrooms on the upper level are spacious with deep closets. The SE (master) bedroom enjoys a floor-to-ceiling view of the Portage Bay area, the Cascade mountains and a peek at the Montlake Cut. Add a deluxe master bathroom off the master bedroom. The plumbing, sewer and electricity have already been installed.
