1. Kitchen
   
   The totally updated kitchen offers ample counterspace and cabinet storage. Large double-paned windows usher light from the south and west, and give views of the serene back yard. Newer appliances include built-in refrigerator, range/oven and dishwasher, plus garbage disposal and deep cast iron sink with new faucet fixture. Ceramic tile floors this airy, open space...and there's room for a dining table. Plus, a newer stacking washer/dryer is stashed in a utility closet here for easy access.
   
   
2. Living Room
   
   Gorgeous, original oak hardwoods blanket the living room. There's space for a dining table, and tons of light from large picture windows. Plus, a dramatic accent wall featuring deep burgundy designer paint.
   
   
3. Master Bedroom
   
   The larger of the two bedrooms enjoys a step-up reach-in closet with custom lighting, shelves and racks.
   
   
4. Bathroom
   
   Completely remodeled in recent years, the bathroom is lit by a skylight, glass brick window, and newer light fixture. There's a matching pedestal sink & toilet, custom tiled tub/shower surround and ceramic tile floor.
   
   
5. Guest Bedroom
   
   This is Mason's room. Get a good look because you might not be able to see it in person if you visit the house after his 6:00PM bedtime (beginning Thursday, July 20). This bright, cheery room has designer paint and a newer, wide reach-in closet.
   
   
6. Storage Galore
   
   Who needs a basement when you've got this storage-friendly attic, detached shop, wide reach-in closets in both bedrooms, a linen closet and a hall closet?
   
   
7. Grounds
   
   The fully fenced grounds include raised garden beds, a grassy play-yard and entertainment patio.
   
   A brick walkway seperates the two outdoor *rooms*: the yard, and the patio.
