- Entry
The entry starts with a lowered ceiling and an alcove on each side giving the space a very intimate feeling. Walk through the entry and the space opens up to eleven foot high ceilings. Beautiful white-washed oak floors lead you into the condominium. Your first sight into this space is the 100 year old exposed brick walls and high arched windows.
- Looking back at the entry door with hall closet to the right. All doors are solid wood.
- Formal Office
Just off the entry there is a large alcove perfect for an office, library, or private reading space. The tall arched windows face south and let the light play through the large trees outside. The window sills are granite.
- Open Living/Dining Room
This fabulous living/dining area is a wonderful space for entertaining. The exposed brick, white-washed oak floors and magnificent light create an especially comfortable ambience for a summer party or a Seahawks game. Entertain family and friends alike in great style! This spacious area will easily accomodate 30 guests or more.
As you reach the end of the entry hall you see the living/dining area just past the contemporary steel staircase.
- Past the staircase the dining and living areas are open to your view.There are six arched windows which bring in light from three different directions. This area used to be the dormitory of the original Firehouse.
- The niche for the firepole has been retained and offers great display space.
- Looking back at the office from the dining area. The pulley driven ceiling fan system was hand-crafted in Amish country.
- Gourmet Kitchen
Come, sit, have a glass of wine! Talk with the chef! The guest friendly kitchen features tons of light and lots of granite counter space. The cabinets are burled walnut coupled with brushed aluminum and glass. The cooking island features a Jenn-Aire halogen cooktop and is highlighted by a remarkable overhead light fixture. Sub-Zero, Fisher-Paykel and Thermador are the other featured appliances. Enjoy the aroma of what's for dinner!
The striking steel staircase climbs up over the kitchen to the second floor. The staircase creates a unique architectural element to the kitchen.
- Base cabinets are burled walnut. Wall cabinets are brushed aluminum and glass.
- Large, open work area in the kitchen.
- Sub-Zero refrigerator with double freezer and Thermador double oven/microwave.
- Unique hanging light over the bar.
- View of Jenn-Aire stove top and absolute black granite from the stairs over the kitchen.
- Glass tile backsplash sparkles from the under-counter lighting.
- Main Floor Guest Bath
There is a spacious guest bath on the main floor with many surprises. The custom glass vessel sits atop a gleaming glass countertop. Two matching stainless mirrors add to the spaciousness of this room. Behind one of the mirrors is an in-wall ironing system. In addition, behind two wood paneled doors is a full size Maytag washer and dryer.
- West Bedroom Suite
Beautiful angles, lights and dormer windows adorn this space. Dark outside? Turn on all the lights! Space is maximized by the use of built-in dressers, under eave closets and cabinets throughout the room. Space for everything! The west suite bath has custom tile with glass tile inserts. Unbelievable shower with skylight, built-in sitting bench and full body shower spray. You will want to get up in the morning!

- Exterior
Firehouse #25 was built in 1909 as Seattle's first brick firehouse. The brick exterior, large arched windows and unique high pitched roof make this building historically significant. The building is listed on the National Historic Register and is a Seattle Landmark. The conversion of this building to condominiums has created some very interesting interior and exterior spaces.
- Secure Entry
The building has a high level security system. The lobby entrance welcomes guests with its carpeted entry and wainscoating. Owners and guests alike delight in the historical pictures of Firehouse #25. The elevator is keyed.
- Easy Access Garage
There is a secure garage off the alley. It features a wide entrance for ease of use and well lit, high ceilings. Parking spaces #1 and #11 belong to this unit. There is a super sized storage unit approximately 5' wide x 14'deep and 12' high.
