Footnotes
- Kitchen
Fully updated, the kitchen features a trio of stainless steel appliances, large/deep uni-sink, eating bar, recessed lighting and pantry.
- Dining Area
Picture windows flank the darling dining room.
- Living Room
Delicious oak hardwoods blanket the spacious living room (and most of main level).
- Bedrooms
The King County Tax Record calls this a four-bedroom house. We see three...
The largest of the main floor bedrooms...
- The second bedroom on the main floor (both have wall-wide closets).
- You're looking at a QUEEN SIZE BED in this basement bedroom. The King County Tax Record calls it a bedroom, but it needs a closet. Five hundred bucks at IKEA will get you a great, free-standing closet organizer. Voila!
- Bathroom
Wainscoting and a pedestal sink give this quaint bathroom a friendly formalness.
- Hallway
The extra-wide hallway has room for a dresser and offers built-in storage drawers and cabinets (to the right; not pictured).
- Pantry Alcove
Just to the left of the trash receptacle is a floor-to-ceiling cabinet that would make an excellent pantry. Currently, it's employed as a broom closet... The stair landing leads to the barbeque deck outside, and down to the basement.
- Rec Room
The newly carpeted rec room has room for a mini-office and offers two large storage closets (top left of photo).
- Workshop
The shop. Perfect for all your projects... (and there's a perfect space to install a 2nd bathroom too).
- Front
The home is set back off the street and receives excellent southern exposure.
- Patio & Yard
Enjoy a cool beverage on the private patio...or toss a ball in the spacious yard.
- BQ Deck
There's even a barbeque deck!
- Puget Sound View
From the edge of the front yard, you can see the Puget Sound. This photo was on a hazy day, but you get the idea. The homeowners say that the water view from the rooftop facing more NW is spectacular. Imagine adding a level and grabbing that view from your master suite!
- Attic Storage!
Here's a peek into the attic. TONS of storage space!
- Steps To...
