1. Kitchen
   
   Feels like a farmhouse kitchen. A great, open space in which to realize your own dream kitchen. There's even room for a deluxe island. All appliances included (newer refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal).
   
   
2. Breakfast Alcove
   
   The breakfast room has a door to the backyard and a lovely picture window.
   
   
3. Dining Room
   
   The dining room holds the longest of tables and enjoys a picture window view of the private back yard.
   
   
4. Living Room
   
   A glass door to a view balcony brings the outdoors in to the living room.
   
   
5. Bedrooms
   
   Three bedrooms exist all on one level, the upper (they share a full bath plus a den on that level as well). One bedroom exists on the main floor. And in the basement, there's a space that qualifies as a legal bedroom if you finished it (carpet mostly).

8. "The Green Room"...the third bedroom on the upper level has deep green carpet (new, actually) and sweeping westerly views.
9. Bathrooms
   
   The 1950's are alive and well in the spacious main floor bathroom. Enjoy its period flair or design your own bathroom...there's tons of room!

10. Here's the full bathroom on the upper level that serves three bedrooms all on that same floor.
11. Awaiting your cosmetic touches is the three-quarter bathroom in the basement.
12. Den/Office Alcove
    
    This open space at the top of the upper stair landing would be perfect for a den/office/library. It even has a large closet with sliding doors (convert to library bookshelf?) and a view of the walnut tree shading the back yard.
    
    Just beyond the stairway landing for the upper level lies a perfect alcove for a library, den or office.
13. Daylight Basement
    
    Perfect for a mother-in-law unit, the mostly daylight lower level/basement features its own separate entrance and a large living area (with fireplace).
    
    
14. Finish this space to create a formal, legal fifth bedroom (good ceiling height, in/egressable window, and closet). You'd be on your way to having a GREAT mother-in-law unit downstairs.

    The view from the living room, balcony and upper bedroom is breath-taking. You're facing west, so you get a wide view of the Olympics, the sun setting and part of the Jefferson Park golf course. And when those tree leaves begin turning autumny, the territorial view is going to be amazing.
    
    
18. Patio
    
    A paved patio area receives perfect sun for those mid-day siestas.
    
    
19. Back Yard
    
    Make your own trail mix with pickin's right from this very yard. There's a mature and productive walnut tree in the back yard...plus blackberries, all in this secluded, oversized yard.

21. Private Parking
    
    There's a total of three unblocked parking spots off-street (room for more if you block 'em in).
