In this NEW class, geared specifically for agents who work with luxury listings, students will learn skills to develop marketing programs for Premier Properties. Those marketing activities that apply to every listing will be identified to help students systemize reoccurring activities, and students will learn how to customize this base plan for each listing. Students will learn how to evaluate marketing media and to develop a marketing budget to obtain the best results for sellers.
