Marianne Kingman graduated from Boston University School of Law where she completed her J.D., in 1997. She then returned to her hometown of Seattle, and attended the University of Washington School of Law where she completed her LL.M. degree in taxation.

Her tax lectures cover a variety of issues including: income tax planning for small business professionals; how to prepare for and avoid audit; resolving problems with the IRS; Section 1031 exchanges as a tax strategy for real property held for investment or business use; and estate planning issues.

The success of Ms. Kingman’s tax lectures has been widely attributed to her ability to simplify an otherwise complicated area of law, while using humor in a very affordable format. She continually receives the highest marks for her style, presentation, and content.
