TWO interactive workshops blended into an exciting, 3 clock-hour course! This American Home Shield educational program is designed to assist the Real Estate Professional in minimizing the risk of being involved in a professional liability claim by covering two imperative aspects of Real Estate: stigmatized properties and file documentation. You will be taught how to identify stigmas that could be attached to properties and your disclosure responsibilities for such properties. This workshop also focuses on what good file documentation is and what should be included in your transaction logs.
