TWO interactive workshops blended into an exciting, 3 clock-hour course! This American Home Shield educational program is designed to assist the Real Estate Professional in minimizing the risk of being involved in a professional liability claim by covering two imperative aspects of Real Estate: advertising & inspections. You will be taught how to identify Fair Housing and other “red flags” used in typical ads for marketing and listing. This workshop also focuses on what disclosure obligations and duties you have to avoid allegations of misrepresentation regarding a property’s condition.
