Rick Franz has seen the ups and downs of the local real estate market. He gave up a rewarding career in the Hotel/Restaurant industry to start a career in Real Estate with the Windermere Bellevue East office in the summer of 1990 just as the bottom had fallen out of the real estate market. He was one of twelve students in Windermere's inaugural new agent training program, he understands where you are coming from, and he hopes to share some of his experiences and knowledge to make each of you rise to the heights of your abilities.
