Renee Chatalas has a degree in communications, a minor in business, and more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and sales fields.
Prior to her real estate career, Renee was a lead sales manager for a large corporation (operating in the US and Mexico) selling products and services to accessorize homes. She managed over 250 independent contractors and was later chosen out over 1,000 managers to become one of the 30 management trainers for the company.
After moving to Seattle and joining a Seattle real estate company, Renee was able to build a very successful real estate business within two years. Given her strong background in sales and training, Renee realized that the real estate was in great need of improved training.
Renee has written numerous classes which are still being taught to this day. The Making of a Pro® is her most comprehensive training program, which she has taught to hundreds of agents in Arizona, California, Idaho, and throughout Washington State.
