Catherine Adams, Associate Broker
Catherine Adams was issued her Washington State Real Estate license in 1979 and her Washington State Broker’s license in 1989. The primary focus of her training has been in the marketing and sale of homes and condominiums located within
Seattle neighborhoods. In 1982 she joined the Windermere Real Estate/Capitol Hill office.
Catherine is responsible for promoting the Premier Properties program for Windermere throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Arizona, and
British Columbia . She serves as the lead Director of the Premier Properties program which includes workshops, public speaking, and the bringing together of 50 top real estate brokers to form the Premier Associates Networking Breakfast Club. In addition to serving on this board, she is a founding member of the Greater Seattle Condominium Network Group and is the current President of the Seattle Chapter of Forum XXII.
