Calm. Caring. Capable.

Clients can relax knowing that they are in the capable hands of Tricia Ebert. Tricia’s deep knowledge, calm demeanor and caring attitude take the stress out of even the most complicated transaction. When you work with Tricia, you can be sure that she will listen carefully to your needs, walk you step-by-step through the whole process and handle every detail to make sure your transaction goes as smoothly as possible.

Decades of experience in the local market

As a Managing Broker with 30 years in the real estate business, there’s not much that ruffles Tricia’s feathers. She has helped people buy and sell homes in every economic cycle, and knows how to help you achieve the greatest success under the current market conditions. She has also encountered every conceivable glitch that can occur in a real estate transaction and knows how to quickly resolve even the thorniest issue. If you are selling a home, her training as an Accredited Staging Professional helps you prepare your home for the market so it stands out against other competing properties.

An advocate for seniors in transition

Tricia knows first-hand the stress involved when seniors transition to the next phase of life. After helping her own mother and grandmother move from their family home to a condo, and later to assisted living, she knew that she wanted to help make that process easier for other families.
As a Windermere Senior Transitions Specialist and credentialed Seniors Real Estate Specialist, she is specially trained to understand the goals, concerns and needs of seniors. Whether a client is looking to transform their existing home, downsize, move to a 55+ community or transition to assisted living, there are often many complicated details involved in this type of transaction. Tricia is there to meet with the family, discuss the options, determine their goals and provide any resources needed to make the experience as easy as possible for everyone involved. It’s an emotional time for the family, and Tricia has a gift for being the calm, steady presence that everyone can trust. It’s not a surprise that the majority of her business comes from grateful clients who refer her to their friends.

Deep roots in the community

A third generation Seattleite, real estate is in Tricia’s blood. Her grandmother bought and sold properties, and her mother was a real estate agent. Growing up in a real estate family, it was natural for Tricia to follow in their footsteps. Giving back is an important part of Tricia’s life. She is active in her community, where she focuses on volunteering and raising funds for organizations that support families in need. In her spare time, Tricia loves quiet time boating, crabbing and clamming at her cabin on Hood Canal.
