It has been a journey to say the least and as I finally have settled and in my new office overlooking a protected woodland space, I have Tonya to thank. The ask to sell a small unit in a brand new condominium development that was consequently selling properties of ranging sq ft, in the middle of the holidays, all the while keeping a contingency on another new property was immense, and Tonya took it with absolute stride. I have worked with Tonya regarding multiple properties and each time I work with her, my family and I are always in awe of her work ethic, professionalism, and ability to connect and communicate. After we bought the house, she stayed in touch with us, sent us current info on the value of our house, sent us nice cards, and checked up on us periodically. When we were ready to sell the house this year, Tonya answered all of our many questions regarding how to prepare our house for sale and regarding the process. When it was time to sell, she went above and beyond to help us sell the house once we left for Georgia and had to handle everything remotely. My husband and I would highly recommend Pat and Tonya Tye. They have served as our listing agent twice, once when selling my parent's condo years ago and again recently when selling our home on Camano Island. Tonya and Pat really went above and beyond for us, working with the difficulties of a military move, including a very fast timetable and us being out of town for closing! They met with us several times to go over the market and our particular house, helped us work out the best possible schedule that worked with our own limitations and gave great recommendations for local companies to help ready our house for sale. After we moved out, they staged the house, held an open house, and negotiated the sale that very same week. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Seattle area!

Pat and Tonya were so helpful and positive. They made selling my mother's house a comfortable experience. My mother did not want to be involved with the particulars, just told where to sign. Pat and Tonya had a number of comparable properties at our first meeting and they answered our questions and explained how the process would go. I was amazed at the effort they made to stage the house. Pat and Tonya moved furniture in and made it warm and inviting. They took an absolutely empty house and made it feel so comfortable. Pat was constantly keeping me updated with the progress of the sale. Pat is an excellent agent to have working for you. His experience in the building trade helps him explain things in laymans terms to both the seller and the buyers agent. Basically you can trust his opinion if something needs to be done or not. Pat has done this long enough to know what is an issue and what is negotiable. If an item does require attention, they are a valuable resource and can recommend contractors that other clients have used in the past. Pat and Tonya really do go above and beyond to represent you. If I have a need to have representation in real estate, I will most definitely call Pat and Tonya again.
