Tim's past experience between 1990 and 2015 as an owner/partner in the largest real estate auction company in the Northwest, Realty Marketing/Northwest, resulted in the experience of being involved in over $1.5 Billion of transactions during that time.
Proven record of working with individuals, corporations, investment funds, non-profit groups, public agencies and real estate investment trusts in the disposition of non-strategic or surplus real estate assets through professionally managed marketing campaigns.
