About Matt and Sue

Matt has been a full time Real Estate Broker since the 70's and has lived on the Eastside of Lake Washington all of that time. He is a University of Washington graduate and has successfully marketed homes in the entire Puget Sound area. Sue was born and raised in Seattle and after being at home to raise their three sons, received her real estate and brokers licenses in the 80's. As a multifamily property manager, she supervised the management of several apartment communities for 10 years. Sue transitioned into residential real estate in 1993 and has found a great deal of satisfaction and fulfillment representing both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.

After working for separate real estate companies for several years, we joined forces in 2000 and formed The Mattingly Team. While we work with a team of experts to produce maximum results, our clients work directly with us.
