Simona grew up on the Eastside. She attended high school and college locally. Her family has been in the Real Estate Business for 20 years. Being raised in a real estate family has given Simona a huge advantage entering the Real Estate field. She joined Windermere Real Estate in 2001. Simona also works as a buyer's agent for CamWest Development, a local custom homebuilder that builds homes in neighborhoods of enduring value where people want to live. They specialize in allowing clients to customize their homes while providing excellent service. Simona is currently working a Lakemont Place a 40 home community in Bellevue.

Personal Mission Statement

My personal goal is to provide the best professional real estate services with honesty and integrity, to provide the best representation for my clients so they may achieve their goals, and to have an ongoing list of "forever satisfied" clients. I actively contribute to my community. I volunteer on an on-going basis for the YMCA and Overlake Christian Church. I also sit on the Windermere Eastside Foundation Board.
