Samantha is an outstanding person and realtor. She assisted me selling my home in large home in Mukilteo and finding a new (smaller) home. In this very challenging real estate market, we hit several snags during this process, all of it out of Samantha's control, however she immediately rose to the occasion to fix all obstacles and keeping me calm and reassure me that things would work out- and they did! Where to begin? Sam just fires on all cylinders all the time! We began our search for a home in October of 2017 after attending HomeStreet's first-time homebuyer's course. After getting connected with Sam through the bank (who recommended her highly), our work started immediately. This is where our first point of praise for Sam goes: she was extremely flexible and generous with her time, meeting with us at odd hours and at times in challenging circumstances. We're a one-car family of two full-time employees so she even offered to give us rides so that we could all meet at the same time. And from day one we could see she was a thorough, well-informed agent for us to partner with; she gave us all the context we needed to understand the road ahead. The fact that she herself is an attorney is also a point of praise, as her knowledge and expertise in the field helped us to know we were in good hands. Over the course of four months, Sam maintained consistent communication with us each week about potential houses, and worked around our schedules to assist us in person whenever we requested. When it came time to put together our best offers, Sam was impressively creative and aware of the demands of the market; we always felt like we brought our absolute best to the table when we had found homes that interested us. When we made countless inquiries, read and often questioned many aspects of the process, and even in some situations backed out of offers at the 11th hour, she never demonstrated an ounce of judgment, and in fact always supported us in our final decisions. We felt like she was on our team every step of the way. When it came time to put in an offer on a house that would end up being our first home, Sam helped us put together our winning bid with her creativity and keen awareness of the market. She connected us with inspectors who made us feel confident. She took the time to appear in person for the appraisal. Put simply, she showed up everywhere we could possibly have needed her to. And now we are just about a month past closing, and couldn't be more happy in our new home. Sam has a good reputation in this field for a reason. She is collaborative, transparent, and informed. All the gratitude in the world goes to this kind, considerate, skilled, ambitious, thorough, hard-working, responsive woman. Sam is an excellent agent to partner with. We're so lucky to have met her!

Sam was wonderful! We were first time home buyers and had a ton of questions. Not only was Sam quick to respond to us (morning, noon and night) but she explained to us all the intricate processes that can come with buying a home. We never felt pressured and always felt we were well informed during every step of the process. We ended up finding our "forever" home and could not thank Sam enough for her tireless work. Sam was very professional and knowledgable. My family and I really appreciate that she listened to our opinions and put our interests first. In several occasions when we had to move on fast, she prepared documents perfectly in a very short time frame and made sure we met the deadlines. Her knowledge and experiences in real estate and law had helped us tremendously in such a competitive market. We were first-time home buyers with very little knowledge in every aspect of home buying. I cannot say enough how much we love Sam!! She helped us get our first home, not only that it is our dream home! In this Seattle market I know how tough it is to get what you want, but somehow Sam made it happen. She will go out of the way for you and really is a wonderful person. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. We were warned over and over that no one would probably take our offer because we were using a VA loan, but Sam just said we should still try and we were able to get a great rate with the VA loan and not have to put as much money down. I don't think we would be as happy if we went with anyone else.

Samantha was excellent at all aspects of the loan. Her communication skills with me and other parties prove to be exceptional she followed up with any issues that were presented from buyer Escrow Company or Bank. There were also renters in my house and she also communicated and help them find another house.

I simply can't say enough about how easy and seamless my home buying experience felt, as a result of Samantha's diligence and expertise! From beginning to end, I knew I was in good hands. Samantha is an amazing real estate professional. I recently moved to the area and had a list of the lifestyle I would like my home to provide - walking or easy biking distance to work, public transportation, high walking score to reach restaurants, grocery stores, schools, etc. - and in a price range I could afford. Of course I also had my list regarding square footage, style of house, garage, yard, etc. Sam was knowledgeable of the area and created a great area map for my search. She was in frequent contact with me and was always willing to work with my schedule to show me one or five homes during an appointment. In fact, I was so confident in Sam's understanding of what I was looking for that I trusted her to review several homes for me when my time was tight with work. Most important to me is Sam's integrity and warmth. We spent a great deal of time together and she was personable, supportive, had a sharp eye for the properties, and made sure I was considering all factors in my decision making. She provided me invaluable feedback regarding the market. I'm convinced that her negotiation skills are what allowed my bid to be the bid the owner accepted.
