In over a decade of selling homes I have represented a diverse group of clients including investors, first-time home buyers, move-up home buyers, down-sizing home sellers, distressed sellers, banks, and loan servicing companies.
I use the latest technology to keep up on the most efficient ways to search for homes and how to analyze a home's value in today's market. I have studied the most effective negotiation techniques and have the right team members in place to make sure the sale closes. I continually update and educate myself above and beyond what's required of me. I subscribe to the values-based business model that if I give my very best to people, whether or not they end up selling or buying, my business will thrive. This belief has been the basis for my passion in this industry for over a decade.
