With so many Real Estate Professionals to choose from, I consider it a great privilege each time I'm given the opportunity to help someone with their real estate needs, and possibly their greatest investment! What an honor to have that much trust! With that in mind, my goal is to give back to my clients by providing honesty, integrity, professionalism and fun (don't forget the fun!) while representing them throughout the process of buying or selling their home. I love "the hunt" to help my clients find just the right home to purchase! Equally satisfying to me is working with sellers to creatively and effectively market their home.

Expectations Are Important.....

I try to always remember what it was like to be a client myself before I started my career in real estate. I know that my expectations were often not met. With that in mind, my goal will always be to go beyond my client's expectations as I work hard to help them through the process of buying and/or selling real estate.

My Real Estate Business Philosophy.....

I believe in good, old-fashioned work ethics, with the Golden Rule being at the top of the list (Treat others the way you want to be treated....) As I work with you, and also represent you while working with everyone else involved in your real estate transaction (escrow, title, lenders, appraisers, other agents, etc.) I believe it's important to be: personable, professional, prompt, prepared, polite, persistant and practical. In addition, I think we all know when people are not being genuine. To me, it's a huge turn-off when someone tries to "schmooze" me and makes promises I know they have no intention of keeping. I'm determined never to run my business that way! Yes, I want to earn a living, but not at any cost! At the same time, I believe good customer service is vital to my business. I want you to be so satisified with your experience working with me that you will happily refer me to everyone you know!
