Background

Kim Gervasoni was born and raised in Northern California. She went to college at Fresno State University and was a member of the women's basketball team, graduating in 1989 with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Physiology.  She then went on to receive her Teaching Credential and Master's Degree in 1992 from the University of California, Hayward. Kim spent 22 years teaching and coaching basketball (1990-2011) at the collegiate level. Kim moved to the Northwest nine years ago and lives in Sammamish with her husband Jay Boitano, owner of Boitano Custom, LLC. Kim and Jay have three beautiful children. She enjoys outdoor activities, sports, reading and vacationing some place warm!

Teaching and Coaching is all about working with and helping people reach their dreams and achieve their goals. When Kim was thinking of a new career, the real estate profession seemed like a perfect fit for her.  She started her real estate career in 2014.  She is a people person and truly cares about her clients' wants and needs. When working with Kim, she will do "whatever it takes" to make sure you have the best experience in buying or selling a home. When you decide to work with Kim, you are a part of her "TEAM" and "FAMILY." She will help guide the process but listen to your wants and needs.
