My knowledge of property inventory, appraisal procedures and construction together with the ability to analyze numbers allows not just investors, but also first time home buyers the chance to be truly thrilled at the outcome of their purchase. Seeing a new buyer with instant equity because we found new possibilities for financing is very satisfying.

It takes skills and patience to find specialized income properties filtered through an understanding of the needs and life circumstances of my client. I will do accurate fact finding, research investment properties and negotiate the contract from start to closing.

Some of my clients have been around since we were young and just getting started. Now some their to children are starting look for their own homes and investments with me. I am proud that my clients have come back again and again for help and expertise. Building relationships, trust and teamwork is one of the most satisfying aspects of my business.
