Local Perspective
Ken was born and raised in Bellingham where he met his wife, Trish. Together they have raised three children and are currently enjoying their six grandchildren. Ken and family have lived in Blaine, Ferndale, Bellingham, and are now back in West Ferndale in a home they recently built. Ken knows first hand what it's like to purchase, sell, remodel, develop, and build in Whatcom County.
Tradition of Service
Ken retired from the Bellingham Fire Department after a 30 year fire service career. As a Fire Fighter, Paramedic, Captain, and Division Chief, he experienced numerous opportunities to serve the public. Now, as a Real Estate Professional, Ken continues that "Tradition of Service" by working hard for his clients on all their real estate needs.
Commitment to Training
In his past career, training and certifications were an important part of the job. So, Ken has placed high importance on training and staying current by obtaining several certifications: ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative, CRS - Certified Real Estate Specialist, GRI - Graduate Real Estate Institute, and the SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
