James Nolan has an innate gift for communicating and connecting with people, listening carefully to their requests and finding the ideal solution to their needs. Known for his frank, honest and highly professional approach, James is an expert at guiding buyers through the important and intricate process of evaluating and purchasing a home. A consummate problem solver and communicator, James honed his ability to deliver outstanding results by serving in senior executive positions around the globe, including several corporate turnarounds in Europe and the US. Since leaving his native England, he has run companies in France, Sweden, the United States and Australia. His business ventures have also taken him throughout Asia, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea. During his travels, James bought and sold numerous homes of his own, providing him with deep personal insight into the needs of executives who are relocating to a new area. His experience working in many different cultures has made him particularly successful with international clients. Whether he is serving buyers or sellers, James tends to every detail with the utmost attention, dedication and care. Prior to launching his real estate career, James spent 15 years marketing yachts to clients around the world. A passionate sailor, James in a member of the Royal Ocean Racing Club and raced for New Zealand in the One Ton Cup world racing championship. In his free time, he also enjoys exploring hiking trails throughout the Northwest. James lives with his wife on Mercer Island.
