I specialize in vacation homes, second homes, cabins, waterfront homes, luxury homes and condos in Leavenworth, Lake Wenatchee, Plain, and Fish Lake Washington.

I have a reputation as being a leader in the local luxury market and selling million dollar homes, but I sell plenty of modest cabins and small condominiums too. Windermere Real Estate recognized my expertise in the luxury market by naming me a Premier Associate, one of just a few in Eastern Washington.

When I started my real estate practice in 2004, I soon realized that the internet was the new marketing frontier. Since that time, I have been a constant student of internet marketing and now social media - I’m always working hard to find ways to make it easier for my clients to buy and sell real estate with the help of technology. The Greater Wenatchee Area Technology Alliance nominated me as one of a handful of local businesses for Tech Savvy Business of the Year in 2007. I often serve on expert panels on using social media for business and have written numerous posts for online real estate publications.

In 2007 I earned the coveted Certified Residential Specialist designation - one of only a dozen in Chelan County. I am a also a past Director of the North Central Washington Association of Realtors. 

In 2013, I rekindled my love of bicycles and have been actively racing on the road and going on adventures on my gravel bike. I also enjoy foreign travel and have found memories of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and peaks in the Bolivian Andes. We look forward to retiring in Mallorca, Spain.
