Gail continues to expand her knowledge by staying up to date with the latest Real Estate based Classes. Due to the economy in recent years she has added Short Sale listings to her business to assist the many homeowners underwater on their mortgages. She has taken many certification courses in this regard. Most recently at the beginning of 2013 she added Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) which was an intense three day course to assist in maneuvering successful Closings through the short sale process.

Serving Seattle and the greater Eastside areas

Gail's journeys with Clients have covered much of the greater Seattle market area and then some; North, South, East and West. If her Clients request outlying communities she is enthusiastic in doing the research and finding the properties to go view.

Gail has also proven her credibility and trustworthiness by being a Realtor's Realtor. While residing in Phoenix, AZ. she helped numerous out of state agents relocate and find 2nd homes. As well as assisting with their Buyers and Sellers who were relocating to the greater Phoenix area. She is still working with clients in the greater Phoenix market.
