About Me

My earliest childhood memories are – Owning & operating our family businesses.  I moved to Yakima in 1995 to open our new business location, which I managed for 16+ years. 

I have owned, managed, and operated several successful businesses. This has helped me develop a strong sense of connection with individuals and my community. Being a business owner, I have learned the value of hard work and service to maintain a successful relationship with my clients and the community. I am very dedicated and ambitious. Having practiced Real Estate for the past ten years has allowed me to bring my skills, trustworthiness, commitment, and personality into this exciting field.   

Philosophy

Whether this is your first home purchase or you’re selling your tenth; I understand the importance of this difficult decision. This is not an everyday occurrence, and it can be stressful.  The financial considerations are significant. My mission is to provide an exceptional level of service to my clients, to not only meet their expectations but to exceed them in both a timely and professional manor. With honesty and integrity I will provide service that will be remembered and recommended. I strive to make this important process as smooth as possible. I am satisfied only when my clients are satisfied.

Awards and Designations

I have worked very hard to achieve many designations including: Managing Broker, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and I am a State Certified and teach the First Time Home Buyers Classes.  Each designation requires many clock hours of classes, some even require so many closings & most have a state certified exam before achieving the designations.   I use this knowledge daily in my exciting business career.  I truly enjoy my Real Estate career and it has never been a ‘job’ to me.

I also believe in being involved, if you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem; I like to be part of the solution.  On our local level, I serve on the Yakima Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.  I am the Chair of the Education Committee, New Member Orientation, and Fair Housing.  And I serve on the Grievance and the Professional Standards Committees.  On the State level, I serve as one of the members of our Washington State Board Directors.  I am also on the Washington State Education & Membership Committees.
