How Concierge Level Service came into being. . .
I made a commitment when I got into the real estate profession that I would work to make sure the people I worked with would not go through what I had witnessed others go through in the real estate process. That is why in my first five years as a Realtor I put in 90 clock hours to get my license. After that took another 90 hours of courses and became a Real Estate Institute Graduate (GRI). I followed that up with another 90 hour course series and achieved my Managing Broker's license. In between those periods I also took other classes and courses every year to stay current on the latest industry trends. I wanted to know as much as I could -- and still do -- to be able to better serve the people who ask for my assistance. My goal in creating Concierge-level Real Estate was to offer exemplary service; to gather a strong reference network to assist in whatever may arise; to insure good communication between parties and to anticipate the next two steps in the process - helping to smooth the way ahead; to become your concierge for real estate. I look forward to that opportunity.
