CAREER OVERVIEW
In my 33 years as a Realtor, I have developed clientele specializing in residential, condos, new construction, waterfront homes, and corporate relocation. I am connected with a broad base of community organizations. Recently I was named one of Seattle's Top Rated Producers and selected to film a short commercial to be aired on House Hunters, Property Brokers & Million Dollar Listings.
CORE BUSINESS MODEL
Listening and responding to the unique needs of every client is my way of doing business. A client should expect an agent to be communicative, concerned, and committed to making their experiences enjoyable and stress-free. I am always available to help. I try to bring a unique blend of integrity, discretion, professionalism, and humor to every transaction. I continue to build and maintain solid relationships, which explains why my business is built mostly from referrals and past clients. I am proud to say I am now selling adult children of my past clients their first homes. Does that mean I'm getting old? I hope not, as I do not feel very old!!
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Despite my busy schedule, I have made it a priority of giving back to the community. I am a proud sponsor of Hopelink, Washington Women in Need, Eastside Baby Corner, Susan B Komen Cancer Foundation, Windermere for Kids, Windermere Foundation, and Eastlake High School sports programs. I also helped organize a fund raiser for an Eastlake/WSU student athlete who was paralyzed in a car accident; raising over $10,000 to help with his rehabilitation.
To the Veterans out there, I would like to say that I have a special place in my heart for all veterans and their family. I would love to help you and your family with your real estate needs due to my own family connection to the military. I'm proud to be a supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project and supporting all of our veterans and their families.
FAMILY FIRST
My husband, Dwight, and I have a combined family. I have a son & daughter and Dwight has two sons. We have the privilege of having 6 grandchildren. One is 8 years old and the other 5 range from 2 to 4 years old. We now have 4 boys and 2 princesses. I take every Wednesday off to play with the grandchildren. I feel truly blessed and grateful for my life and the opportunities it has presented to me. I love to be with my family along with working with buyers and sellers of all ages. Life is GOOD!
