Real Estate Experience 1977 to Present

Thirty eight plus years of full time real estate experience in the Seattle area. Obtained State Brokers License in 1979 and has had 5 years of Branch Manager experience. Enjoys representing Buyers or Sellers and is a strong negotiator. Has had over 1300 personal transactions closed. Seattle Magazine "Best In Client Satisfaction/ Real Estate Agent" multiple years (determined by nominations submitted from his clients and service providers --- and he thanks them all!).

Education & Other Interests

Graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. Has instructed numerous Real Estate Training Classes and continuously attends seminars and educational retreats to increase his level of professionalism. Four years as a branch manager for two different high producing real estate offices was beneficial as he has a multitude of problem solving experience and is a great negotiator (Certified Negotiation Expert). Two years professional baseball in the Boston Red Sox organization, plays golf occasionally and is a big fan of channel 9 in Seattle.
