About Brad
I have lived most of my life in Bellingham, and made my first real estate purchase at age 20, purchasing a house for $36,000! It was a good investment! I spent a number of years in the outdoor sports business (fishing, hunting, and camping) and a number of years in pastoral ministry. I’ve enjoyed being involved in a number of commercial and residential construction and real estate projects. I have a BA from WWU and a M.Div. from North Park University. My wife Nancy and I have three grown children and eight awesome grandkids! When not working I enjoy family time boating in the San Juans, hunting, reading/discussing good books, and exploring on my dual-sport motorcycle. In 2013 I joined Windermere and partnered with my good friend and successful broker, Kurt Swanson. I love working in real estate and with Kurt!
